5 Lallemand Animal Nutrition scholarships total $14K to winners

Lallemand Animal Nutrition, a company that produces and develops yeasts and bacteria for the nutrition and well-being of livestock or pets, also focuses on promoting agricultural knowledge and continuous learning.
Since its start, Lallemand Animal Nutrition has contributed over $130,000 to students pursuing higher education in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. In 2024, they will mark the 10th year of the Lallemand Scholarship Program.
The company offers the following scholarships to full-time students in these countries:

Two $2,500 scholarships for undergraduate students
One $3,000 scholarship for a master’s student
One $3,000 scholarship for a doctoral student
One $3,000 scholarship for a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine student

Applications are reviewed based on the quality of submitted materials, with a focus on creativity and original thinking in the essay. The deadline to apply online is Friday, September 27, 2024, by 11:59 p.m. Central. 
Scholarship Guidelines and Eligibility Requirements:
Undergraduate Students:

Must be pursuing a four-year degree in an agricultural program (e.g., Animal Science, Agribusiness, Crop Science, Livestock Management, etc.)
Must have completed at least 60 credit hours (junior status)
Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

Master’s students:

Must be enrolled in an accredited master’s program in animal science or a related field
Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

Doctoral students:

Must be enrolled in an accredited doctoral program in animal science or a related field
Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

Veterinary students:

Must be in their third year of a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program focused on production animals
Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

Scholarship winners will be notified by November 8, 2024, and funds will be distributed in the spring semester of 2025.
